Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

By creating an account or using draftship.dev, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content and apps

You own your prompts and your apps' data, and, to the extent the law allows, the code generated for you. You give us the permission we need to store, process and host them so we can run the service.

Projects on the Free plan are public, and other people can view and clone them. By publishing one, you allow that use.

AI-generated output

Generated code can contain mistakes or security problems, and may resemble existing work. Review and test it before relying on it. You're responsible for your apps and for following the laws that apply to them, including privacy laws for the data they collect.

Acceptable use

Don't use Draftship to:

  • Break the law or infringe other people's rights.
  • Build phishing pages, malware, spam or scams.
  • Attack, overload or try to get around the security or limits of Draftship or other services.
  • Collect personal data without a lawful basis, or host content that exploits or harms people.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. See the full Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy for billing.

Plans and payments

Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Polar processes payments as merchant of record, and its terms also apply to your purchase. Refund rights required by law aren't affected.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and backed up, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, so keep your own copies of anything important. Features and limits may change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Draftship isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Draftship and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and its date. Questions: [email protected].
